Freedom from Fear.

                       
       
            Fear or Fobia! This is very strange word. which doesn’t have it’s own identity and it’s own existence, even though it has that strong power to affect each and every
animal existing in the world. do you  have
it in you ?
        But nothing to worry about it because now you are a part of the NGU family, and we will tell you how to scare the fear .                   There are so many varieties of fear ,I.e
fear of height, fear of falling , fear of death,
fear of death and then fear of unable to doing anything .our biggest fear is not that
we cannot do anything but is that we are
capable to doing such things which others
cannot even dream about.
       We do not scare about our weakness but we scare about our potentials and for overcoming or avoiding this fear we start taking doubts on ourselves “how can I do this ? Am I able to do this ?” but my friend it’s not you then who?. Is anyone out there in your
mind? No one. So, come on , get up , show
that only you can do it and beat your fear .
       Fear teaches us to bound ourself into our comfort zone, because we scared that will we able to survive in this world? and this one question binds ourself in comfort zone.
       These situations feed the fear each and
every person has fear from birth. Fear of
darkness in the child , fear of falling down
while learning bicycle . For fighting with fear
     we must have courage and for building this courage we should unbound our comfort zone ,we must leave our comfort zone .
For example :-

In childhood, when we started learning
bicycle . Our dad gave support from the back.and till then we didn't fall , we didn't learn to ride bicycle,since we are in our comfort zone. we know nothing will happen,so we dont even try to work on it. And when our dad stop giving support, oops we are out of our comfort zone ,we start working on our skills of riding bicycle on our own ..because now we know no one is gonna hold us we alone  have to take responsibility of ourselves..And this is what unbinding or leaving of  comfort zone is about...

Darr se mat darr,
Darr se mat dar kuchh alag kar,
Cheh ungliyon wala kabhi kalakar nahi ban payega ,
Darr tujhe yeh samjhayega,
Par Tu aatmvishvas dikhayega, Tu darr se aankh milayega,

Dar se mat dar kuchh alag kar,
Dar ka samanaa kar, aage badh, kuchh alag kar,
Zindgi ke har mod pe tujhe dard satayega,
Usi dard ka fayeda bina chuke yeh dar uthayega,

    Many times what happens is ,we make any person or any thing or any task so dangerous and difficult in our minds that we start scaring from it . Whenever you
think to do that task this fear starts keeping you away from it .For beating this fear you must motivate yourself...
           Instead of avoiding your fear hold
your fear in one hand and hold ‘ the
desire of doing something in other
hand , and start working on it. Just
take such a high leap so that the fear
leaves behind and after taking this
decision mostly 3 things will happen

1.You will succeed.
2.You will learn without any gain or loss.
 Or
3.You will get to know the facts of life with a little loss.
    But from any of these 3 cases you will achieve a lot .and you will feel different kind of confidence within you . You will gain passion of thinking creatively and unique. You will find yourself being something different and better person .and
my friend , believe me whatever
you think , you are able to do it
whatever you imagine will be real.
            in our whole life it’s not just one or two times we have to face the difficulties . So many
situations will come , so many
times you will come , so many
times you will have to face them .
But this is the real life baby!
    So don't fear the fear . Make the fear you best friend.

BREAK THE COMFORT !

Welcome to new blog of NGU motivation,  Yesterday, I was talking with one of my friends. She always desires to achieve something in her life, which is really  good thing But the problem is that, she only desires about the things, not really works for them and later regrets about that, why I am not done this. After analysing her situation, I found out that, she fears to stand out from her “Comfort Zone”.  Yes, comfort zone, this is not only her problem but it’s the biggest problem of everyone. So I thought that let’s discuss this topic with NGU  family.   Let me explain this with simple story, there were two types of lions. One is the lion who lives in jungle and another who lives in circus. Between these two lions, the lion who lives in circus is more comfortable than the lion who lives in jungle. Because he doesn't have to struggle for food, he easily gets three times food in a day. Also he doesn’t have to fear from anyone because he is been protected by circus. on the other hand
