24th March 2020 a very remarkable date of our life. the day when the lockdown was announced by our PM for the whole country to fight against the COVID-19.now, it has been almost 5 months we are in our homes, stuck between the walls.
We all are chilling at our homes and no one is ready to talk about any other stuff all are talking about Corona. the whole day we use mobile phones and there is a huge amount of content available on the Internet and it makes us negative day by day.unfortunately we got addicted to this lazy routine but do you ever thought when all this will be over can we get back to our normal life?
So, today we are going to talk about laziness.
Firstly, you all need to know what is laziness.laziness is not the disease it is just mindset and you can definitely overcome it.
So let's know-how,
The first step.
In the morning when your alarm rings your mind says, "you can sleep for some time just feel the warmth of the blanket" and here you fail to wake up and you sleep again.If you refused your mind and wake up after the alarm, you win! Congratulations you are not a slave of your mind anymore Your mind starts working as you want and here you clear the first step.
Step 2
Now as you wake up you will start thinking about doing some exercise, yoga or walk or reading
the book any positive thing because in the morning your energy level is very high and if you did one of these things then again congratulations you clear the second step.
Step 3
After this session, you will take a good shower and after it, you think to eat healthy and here your step 3 is complete.
This morning routine will keep you energetic for the whole day and make you feel good.
I know now you guys think that t thehis is so common but believe me it works like a magic.so many successful people never skip their morning routine. (try it only for one week and you can see results)
'Dwayne Johnson' we all know him as 'the rock' once he was asked about his successful career, he said; "I slept the least In my life" "I always like a disciplined lifestyle" "I never gave a place to laziness in my life".
In simple language,
In one whole day, we have 24 hours to spend from which we spend 8-10 hours for sleeping.so we are left with 14-16 hours.but if you sleep for 6-8 hours you will get a bonus of 2-3 hours a day which you can spend on self-development or meeting or enjoying with your favourite people.
I was also a bit lazy person, but But, I had gone through some interviews of successful people and I found this routine very common in them.
To get rid of laziness be ambitious set a goal and your goal is work as a sanitizer on it.ex if I set a goal like I want to become a milliner or a class one officer our mind automatically start working on it.
Let me tell you one storey.
"Cristiano Ronaldo" and his team returning home after a wonderful victory. Ronaldo asks one of his teammates" would you like to do half an hour exercise with me" as Ronaldo asked this, everyone shocked and they were thinking that a great player Ronaldo who achieved everything in his life, he has everything. why does he need to work out now? And the answer is "Ronaldo's attitude towards the discipline.". Discipline is the reason which made him the great player in the world.
" for those who have conquered the mind.it is their friend.
For those who have failed to do so, the mind works as an enemy"
