Do you know the secret behind the successful people in the morning? Do you know the most of the successful people around us or in our world how their morning starts? If you don’t know about this, then don’t worry today I am going to tell you the big secret behind it. If you follows it you will be also became a successful person...      There are around 7.7 billion peoples in our world and among them just 2,604 peoples are billionaires. Most of them are used to wakes up at 4 am. Because they know very well that how brain works. They know all the chemistry behind working of brain.

 So, to become a successful your first step will be start waking up at 4 am. The scientific reason behind it,

In morning nearby at 4 our brain generates some electronic patterns. These patterns are known as waves, so when we wake at that time our brain is producing very big amount of energy. This energy boots towards our subconscious mind.

It mean when we wake up at 4 am subconscious mind is starts working properly at these time.

 At this time our brain is working between two stages one is alpha and second one is theta.at this stages our mind is much focused. Our brain is ready to learn any difficult thing very easily and it learn it properly.it because at this time our brain is very calm and stable and very focused. There is no any other thinking running in our brain, at this time our have not to work hard for learning new things.

At morning 4am our brain is at subconscious level it is known as peak level of brain at this level our brain can absorb anything in it very easily like sponge absorb water in it.

  • When we wake up at 4 am then next 20 minutes after waking up means if you wake up at 4 to 4:20 in these 20 minutes everything that we listen that we watch or else we do it decide our whole day. On the basis of this point you can guess how much our brain is active at this 20 minutes. In simple language this 20 minutes are the trailer of our whole day film. In this time these people doing yoga, give thanks to god, pray, meditate, read favourite books, and listen good vibes. At this time they stay away from technology and like this they decide their whole day. Just because of it they feel good, energetic and powerful.

They follow the rule “early to bed early rise make man healthy wealthy and wise” by using this mantra they use the all extra time and the benefits of morning vibes to complete their work. They give the quality time to themselves.

These people are not just wake up at 4am but also go to bed at 10 pm. They can also do late night parties, night out, late night movies but they don’t why not do this things why not this things why they choose sleep early do? Because they know the how important to sleep on right time. Let me explain,

 The right time of going to bed is 10 pm. The only time when we humans can sleep deep and good is between10pam to2 pm. Because our body is strongly connected to connection between day and night time zone. When sunset then after its 2-3 hour our brain start giving signal to body of sleeping. Our melatonin level start increasing and increasing of melatonin level it is the signal of sleeping. if we not sleep at this time then our body start giving signal to brain that body need more energy and brain continues it work. But because of all this process our brain have to handle extra pressure.

Between 10pm to 2am our metabolism is at its good level and it very important to our body. Just because of good metabolism we can feel healthy and energetic.

 So use our natural’s power into our works. If you will be successful to follow this step then you can also feel the big amount energy of our brain.

Start to follow it start slowly slowly means if you wake up at 9 am then first start 7 am after go to slowly slowly towards 4 am.                                                                                                                       PRAJWAL PATIL.

  3. It is very minor thing but very very important. In our day to day life we ignore this small things,which most affect in our life. This all things are explain in our हिंदू वेद but we are forgetting our ancient things.. And you are explained it very well... This information is very brief and important. Best luck brother👍...

                 Heartly welcome to ngumotivation for our new topic.         24th March 2020 a very remarkable date of our life. the day when the lockdown was announced by our PM for the whole country to fight against the COVID-19.now, it has been almost 5 months we are in our homes, stuck between the walls.    We all are chilling at our homes and no one is ready to talk about any other stuff all are talking about Corona. the whole day we use mobile phones and there is a huge amount of content available on the Internet and it makes us negative day by day.unfortunately we got addicted to this lazy routine but do you ever thought when all this will be over can we get back to our normal life?          So, today we are going to talk about laziness.         Firstly, you all need to know what is laziness.laziness is not the disease it is just mindset and you can definitely overcome it. Welcome to new blog of NGU motivation,  Yesterday, I was talking with one of my friends. She always desires to achieve something in her life, which is really  good thing But the problem is that, she only desires about the things, not really works for them and later regrets about that, why I am not done this. After analysing her situation, I found out that, she fears to stand out from her “Comfort Zone”.  Yes, comfort zone, this is not only her problem but it’s the biggest problem of everyone. So I thought that let’s discuss this topic with NGU  family.   Let me explain this with simple story, there were two types of lions. One is the lion who lives in jungle and another who lives in circus. Between these two lions, the lion who lives in circus is more comfortable than the lion who lives in jungle. Because he doesn't have to struggle for food, he easily gets three times food in a day. Also he doesn’t have to fear from anyone because he is been protected by circus. on the other hand
